Rub for all purpose 180GR

Barbecue seasoning for meat and poultry. Composed of a potent blend of herbs and spices, including cumin, chili, and Szechuan pepper. Use preferably half an hour before its preparation. This robust rub completes the flavor of meat or poultry, and is powerful enough for all barbecue preparations.

Ingredients: paprika, salt, onion, sugar, garlic, pepper, fennel seed, star anise, cumin, chili, Szechuan pepper, cinnamon and cloves.
