how to clean
Let the pan or pot cool, soak in lukewarm water, then remove any burnt-on residue with the scraper. Naturally, you do not need soap or detergents. After cleaning, rinse well with water. Before putting your cast iron cookware back in the cabinet, always dry it thoroughly and season as usual.
