The half shelf for the DRY AGER® It is ideal for hanging whole beef loins at the back and placing individual pieces on the grills at the front.

Insert the half shelf individually at different heights into the DRY AGER® DX 1000®.

Maximum 5 racks per appliance with a maximum load of 25 kg.

Note: The shelf can only be used on the front side, it cannot be pushed all the way back.
