How should I clean?
Cleaning without dish detergent
Let the cookware cool down, if possible let it soak briefly, and rub off any burnt residue with warm water and Petromax chain cleaner. You don't need any dish detergent. Rinse cookware again after cleaning. Before you put your wrought iron cookware back in the cabinet, you should dry it well and treat it as usual.
(Caution!) Also dry the chain cleaner thoroughly after use, otherwise corrosion is possible.
