How should I clean?
Cleaning without dish detergent
Allow the cookware to cool down, if possible allow it to soak briefly, and rub off any burnt residue with warm water and Petromax chain cleaner. You don't need any dish detergent. Rinse cookware again after cleaning. Before you put your wrought iron cookware back in the cabinet, it should always be thoroughly dried.
(Caution!) Also dry the chain cleaner thoroughly after use, otherwise corrosion is possible.
