Reserva ham made from pork leg from Spanish farms, cured using traditional methods and vacuum-packed as a whole piece weighing 6–10 kg. Its organoleptic profile is characterized by a uniform color, mild aroma and balanced flavor, ideal for slicing and enjoying on gourmet platters.

Historia
