It includes four bars or biscuits, each vacuum-wrapped in foil and packaged in a moisture- and sun-resistant cardboard box. You can consume them by chewing slowly or dissolving them in water to make a nutritious porridge or shake. Vegan, lactose-free, and suitable for children from 6 months old, they have a shelf life of 20 years.
