This original accessory for your DRY AGER® DX 1000® is designed to offer a more intense flavor and optimal humidity regulation during the meat aging process.
Saltair® natural Himalayan salt blocks not only enhance the flavor of dry-aged meat, but also help maintain an ideal environment for the curing process. These blocks are extremely durable, with a shelf life of over a year in continuous operation with your DRY AGER® DX 1000® .
Tip: For best results, combine these salt blocks with the DX0070 stainless steel tray .
Note: To completely fill the DX0070 tray, the additional DX0055 set is recommended.
