7. Selection of the Winner

The winners of the drawing will be selected through a random process on April 22, 2025. The selection will be carried out using an automated system that guarantees transparency and randomness.

8. Communication to the Winner
The winner will be notified via the email address provided within 7 business days of the draw date. The winner must respond to the notification within 10 business days to claim the prize. Failure to claim the prize within the established deadline or failing to comply with these legal terms and conditions will result in the winner being forfeited, and the first-place reserve will be automatically notified.

9. Award Ceremony

The prize will be delivered at the Company's headquarters or at the address designated by the winner. Prior to shipping, the Company will verify that the winner meets the requirements. All shipping costs, if applicable, will be covered by the Company.
The Company is not responsible for any errors in the information provided by the winner or for any loss, damage, theft, or other circumstances attributable to the courier services that may affect the delivery of the prizes.

The Company reserves the right to exclude from participation in the raffle any participants who, in its reasonable opinion, are violating any of the conditions of participation included in these legal terms and conditions. The exclusion of a participant, regardless of the reason, entails the loss of all rights derived from their status as such.

Any abusive or fraudulent use of the legal bases will result in the subsequent disqualification of the participant from the Raffle.
 
Participants are responsible for and guarantee to the Company that they will comply with any applicable tax obligations. If the raffle prize(s) are classified as capital gains in accordance with Article 33 of Law 35/2006, of November 28, on Personal Income Tax and the partial amendment to the laws on Corporate Income Tax, Non-Resident Income Tax, and Wealth Tax, for the purposes of filing personal income tax returns, if applicable, the beneficiary must declare a capital gain equivalent to the market value of the prize in their Personal Income Tax return for the corresponding tax year. Participants accept and authorize the Company to make any withholdings required by applicable regulations.
