WILD COOKING Deer lasagna

  • Deer minced meat – 70% deer and 30% pork 
  • 3 onions
  • Cooking cream 
  • Fried tomato 
  • Flour 
  • Ground nutmeg 
  • Milk 
  • Lasagna sheets
  • Shredded cheese 
  • Salt
  • Virgin Olive oil 
  1. Sauté the onion over medium heat

  2. Put the minced meat in the same pan

  3. Mix both until the minced meat is  done and add a bit of salt (to taste)

  4. When the minced meat is done, put the fried tomato on top and stir everything

  5. For the bechamel, in a medium frying pan put the cream

  6. Add two large tablespoons of flour and a bit of  ground nutmeg

  7. Stir everything with a whisk for about 15 minutes (until it thickens a little)

  8. Put the lasagna sheets in a bowl with water and let stand 10 minutes to soften

  9. In a serving platter put the first layer of sheets

  10. Put above another layer of minced meat

  11. Cover it with a second layer of lasagna plates and add above an other layer of meat
  12. Add the third layer of sheets and put grated cheese on top

  13. Cover it with the béchamel sauce and put above a second layer of grated cheese 

  14. Put it in the oven for 15/20 minutes at 250 degrees and that’s it.
