WILD COOKING Deer burgers with fried egg and strawberry jam

INGREDIENTS 
  • Hind quarters of deer leg
  • 30 % of pork
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Different kind of spices
  • 1 Egg
  • Strawberry jam
METHOD: 
  1. Chop up the hindquarters of a deer leg
  2. Mix these pieces with 30% of pork to make minced meat
  3. Add to this mix salt, pepper and different kind of spices
  4. Put the pieces on the grill to have that special flavor of wood
  5. Make a fried egg and put it on top of the burger
  6. For the final presentation, take the strawberry jam and put it as a side.
