The Cajasol Foundation and the Provincial Council of Cádiz will be celebrated on November 28th in Jerez de la Frontera the The first conference dedicated to promoting the consumption of game meat , an event that seeks to highlight the importance of hunting in the Cadiz economy and its impact on sustainability and local gastronomy.
An event with an informative and gastronomic focus
The day will be divided into two main sections. In the morning, the Cajasol Foundation headquarters (Av. Ingeniero Ángel Mayo, 20) will host presentations and round tables led by leading experts in the hunting sector, such as Pablo Ortega and Manuel de Juan . These sessions, free admission until capacity is reached, will cover topics such as:
- The contribution of hunting activity to environmental sustainability.
- The role of species such as roe deer and the red-legged partridge in local biodiversity.
- Strategies to promote hunting as an economic driver in rural areas.
The inauguration will feature the participation of prominent figures, such as Antonio Pulido , president of the Cajasol Foundation; Mercedes Colombo , delegate of the Andalusian Government in Cádiz; José María Mancheño , president of the Andalusian Hunting Federation; and Almudena Martínez , president of the Cadiz Provincial Council, will also be present.
